Boris Berclec, born October 14, 1927 in a village near Koper, Yugoslavia and dead in Pula in the lastest 90s of 20th century. In 17th of his age, he joined Chetniks as part of resistance lead by Draža Mihailović against the turtly forces, and participed in Beogard Offensive in late 1944 in hands of Partisans, the Yugoslav capital, in September 1947 he moved to Zagreb to end his studies, he became Philosoph and later made his first Socialist-Nationalist politic party there, re-grouping and etablishing some people from the streets, he started by sensetives movements, and raise awarness people there by contempt against Parlement parties of Yugoslavia and the state Communism , as soon as he made 78 members of different regions and religions, he started later to get some minors at age of 7-14 mainly got in the service, as soon he tried to start protest in Skopje but failed in a assasinate of a Jozef Hadavovic, arrested in Kumanovo road in 14 December 1948. He later escaped out from jail in 1949 and went to Triana, Albania for 3 months of work. He immigrated back to home country, losing all the hopes on what he did and chose to live as an simple man. He married a woman older than him by 2 years named Roza, despite having a girl named Alicja Berclec born in 1965, his women died after Alicja's childbirth. Berclec often aged of 33 years old, back to chaos, he went to Pula,Croatia with his daughter. it is 1978, when the civil war began in Saint-Husaria, after its bombardement, documents were writting about him in news, in papers, in TV programes and in posters, his idelogy became famous there, after exeperience time in army and commading rules that he knew , he started with militias then to rebels and iregular armies , with minors and then with a regular army that he created. Proclaming Istria as a Socialist and Nationalist Istrian Republic created by him and as a independent state in north Croatia from Yugoslavia (SRFJ) in 1978 with Pula as capital, directly after that, they established thier new country, and gained foreign recognition and asking to join UN plus he gathered men from Montenegro , Slovenia ,Croatia , Italian borders some of Albania and all got a title as active men as total of fifhtten thousand and two hundred men (15,200) . from Battle of Hrib ,to Orbaniç invasion then to battle of southern village then all ways to Pula, in 1984, the sadly man had not enought fuel so they moved to more choas, among the slavs heroes, Berclec continues to have a unique appeal for his fellow countrymen and also for people of others. This charm derives from his remarkable life story in Yugoslavia, the rise from humble origins, the dramatic death and wars, and from his distinctively human personality as well as from his historical role as a liberator of Istria. Boris became sick which made him less healhty and in bad condition...
