Battle of Västerås
On April 15th, 1521, The Battle of Västerås (Slaget om Västerås) took place in Badelundaåsen, located just north of Västerås, Sweden. Gustav Vasa led his Swedish army to victory against Danish force, led by Didrik Slagheck, lasting only about one month.
